Do you accept returns, exchanges, or alterations after delivery?
Due to the custom nature of our items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or requests for alterations after production or delivery. We encourage you to communicate any specific requests through our message conversation during the order process. We can only accommodate preferences or requests if they are specified in your message. We will always do our best to fulfill your requests!
Do you send proofs before you ship items?
Every listing will indicate whether we provide a proof, as some items may not offer personalization, or the changes may be too minor to require proofing. If you would like a proof for an item that doesn't specify this, please feel free to message us, and we would be glad to assist you. Please note that we do not send proofs until after the purchase is completed.
Do you offer rush production?
All orders are processed within our standard 3-5 business days.
What if my package is delayed, lost in transit, or stolen?
Cozy Cabin Gifts Co. is not liable for packages that are delayed, in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen — all circumstances beyond our control. Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier, it becomes their responsibility to deliver the item. Please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages. If you suspect mail theft, you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police department.
If a sale starts after I place my order, will you refund the difference?
The price paid is the price of the item at the time of your order. For example, if the item goes on a 10% off sale a week after you order, we do not go back and refund previous customers that 10% off amount.
What if my item is returned to the sender/seller after it's shipped?
If a customer's order is returned to the sender/seller for ANY reason, the customer is responsible for paying for re-shipment.
How can I contact you for custom requests or questions?
For any custom requests or questions, please contact us through Etsy's messaging system. We strive to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.
Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging?
No, we do not at this time.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled before it is sent to production. After this period, we begin processing your custom item, and cancellations may no longer be possible.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship internationally on some of our items. Please note that international shipping times may vary, and additional customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
