Do you accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations?

Yes! I gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. I don’t accept cancellations once an order has been shipped, but please contact me if there’s an issue with your order.

How long does shipping take?

International orders: usually 1–4 weeks, depending on customs.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days with photos so I can help fix the issue. For lost packages, I’ll work with you to resolve it — please note that international delays can sometimes happen due to customs.
