How do I know which size will fit my pet best?
Every listing includes a size chart with chest measurements for all available sizes, along with suggested pet weights. Please measure your pet before placing an order to avoid getting the wrong fit.
Even though the size chart (usually the second photo) is included in every listing, choosing the right size can still be tricky - every pet has a unique shape, just like we humans do!
If you've checked the size chart but still aren't sure which size to pick, feel free to message me here on Etsy! I'm happy to help you choose the right size based on your pet’s weight and measurements. I also gladly offer custom-sized sweaters upon request.
I like a certain style of sweater in your shop, but I don’t see the color I want. Can you make it in a different color?
Absolutely! While I love creating the staple pieces in my shop, I also truly enjoy working on something new. If you have a color in mind, ideas, or would like to personalize your order, just send me a message - together we’ll create the perfect custom piece for your precious pet!
I placed an order but noticed the shipping address is incorrect. What should I do? Can you send my order to a different address than what's on Etsy?
If you’ve noticed a mistake in your shipping address, please contact me as soon as possible with the correct address. I’ll do my best to update it before the order ships.
Please note that I cannot be held responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses, as it’s the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. Always double-check your address at checkout!

I saw a sweater in your shop that I like, but it has sleeves and my cat is more comfortable in sleeveless styles. Can it be made sleeveless?
Absolutely! Any made-to-order sweater in my shop (you can check the listing description to see if it's made to order or ready to ship) can be customized to your preferences.
While the sleeves I design are specifically tailored for feline anatomy - my sweaters aren’t just mini versions of human clothes - I completely understand that some cats prefer having their legs free. Or maybe it’s simply the look you love? Either way, I’ve got you!
When placing your order, just leave a note at checkout under “Note to Seller” saying you'd like the sweater to be sleeveless.
I like a sweater in your shop, but I’m not able to purchase it right now. Can you hold it for me?

Are your clothes only for cats, or can dogs wear them too?
My sweaters can be worn by both cats and dogs! :)
If your pup is a specific size or breed, just send me a message - we can create a custom sweater just for them. I've made plenty of dog sweaters in the past, and many of my designs fit smaller breeds like Chihuahuas perfectly.

Is it safe to leave my pet alone in their sweater?
While my sweaters are designed to be as safe and comfy as possible, it’s best not to leave your pet unsupervised while wearing clothes or accessories. Pets can move unpredictably, so a little supervision goes a long way!
