Refunds will be processed solely for cuttings that arrive in a damaged or defective condition. Please ensure to provide us with photographs displaying the condition of the received items, along with images of the packaging, immediately upon parcel receipt. Our consideration will be limited to damages or defects that have remained unaltered since the moment of arrival. It is therefore advised to refrain from any actions involving the cutting, such as pruning leaves or roots, repotting, or watering, until after reporting any issues related to damage.

To initiate a refund claim, kindly communicate your concerns and share relevant images within 24 hours of the delivery.

Cancellations are welcome prior to the dispatch of your order. Once we have made arrangements for postage or courier services, any associated costs incurred will be applicable in the event of cancellation.

Deliveries outside The United Kingdom are not permitted. Any order placed to an address outside the UK will be cancelled and refunded.
