RETURNS, EXCHANGES, CANCELLATIONS
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
*Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on most items.
*If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of:

We will gladly work with you to provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.
CANCELLATIONS
*Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.
*After production or creation has begun, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
*Custom and personalized orders cannot be canceled once work has started.
PRODUCTION & PROCESSING TIMES
*Restored Design Co. offers both handmade products and products fulfilled through trusted production partners. Processing times range from 7-14 business days.
HANDMADE Products:
Such as candles, wax melts, custom printed items, and certain specialty products are handcrafted by Restored Design Co. and processing times may vary.
Production Partner Fulfilled Products
*Some apparel, accessories, and specialty items are professionally produced and shipped through trusted POD partners.
*Production and shipping estimates are provided within each listing.
*If your order contains multiple items, they may be produced, packaged, and shipped separately.
SHIPPING POLICY
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders may ship in multiple packages if they contain products from different production locations.
Once an order has shipped, delivery times are dependent upon the shipping carrier. Delays caused by weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control are not eligible for refunds.
Tracking information will be provided when available.
LOST PACKAGES
-If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us.
-Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are generally not eligible for replacement or refund. Please check with household members, neighbors, and your local post office before contacting us.
