Ruby Hudson Designs is a designer textile brand, specialising in textile home and fashion accessories. The brand celebrates popular animal themes, through an original and authentic signature style.
Unlike other textile designers, I works as an artist, taking 1-2 months to draw; and entirely hand paint each animal design in acrylics. Character and charm shine through every collection.
In combining exquisitely painted brushstrokes with the texture of fabric; Ruby Hudson Designs fuses the art and textile disciplines to create classic yet contemporary statement pieces.
Designed in London and made in the UK; designs are digitally printed onto quality cotton, to create sustainable interior fabrics, homewares, fashion accessories and gifts for lifelong enjoyment. Ruby Hudson Designs proudly offers “designs to treasure”.

Hello, I'm Ruby.
Being brought up by the sea and countryside in Devon and Cornwall, I have always had a love and appreciation of nature, especially animals. I love their innocent beauty, and how each and every animal has its own unique personality just like ours.
Painting this character and charm, gives each design a warm-hearted feel-good vibe, that is guaranteed to make you smile time and time again. With each look of my designs, I hope you can discover something new; the magic hidden within the detail, that brings scenes to life to create “designs to treasure.”
