5 out of 5 starsThis rug is absolutely fabulous! Arif was SO helpful from start to finish. He uploaded a digital image of what the rug I selected would look like larger and also prioritized my order to arrive quickly. My custom rug arrived in about 6 weeks. Could not be happier with the quality and professionalism! So excited I made this purchase.

5 out of 5 starsWaited long, then got a surprise email telling me the rug had been delivered. It hadn't, so I checked the delivery details and discover that it shipped from India to France, then instead of coming to me in Scotland, UK it went to, and was delivered in the USA! UPDATE: Owner (Arif) contacted me immediately with apologies for the shipping confusion and the promise of a prompt re-dispatch. The carpet arrived today faster than expected and very well packaged. On inspection the carpet was in perfect condition. It was also thicker and heavier than expected with an excellent backing. So, full marks for carpet quality and the very fast remedial action taken to solve the initial issue. Well done Arif! 5-Stars for you and the carpet :)
