We are not responsible for shipping delays. We ship all of our packages on time, but we aren't able to guarantee they will be delivered by the carrier in the estimated timeframe. Please allow extra time for deliveries.
*Most of our signs ship as RAW, HOT ROLLED STEEL, unless a finish option is available. Each sheet that comes from the mill has unique markings that we cannot control. We find this adds character to each sign making each one different and special.

Care instructions
Due to the nature of the steel we use, it can oxidize and rust over time, especially in wet environments such as outside. If you would like to preserve the nature of the raw steel you can apply a clear coat of spray paint such as Krylon or you can apply a coat of any color of your choosing. Clean the sign first with denatured alcohol or rubbing alcohol and a microfiber cloth to remove oils and dust.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Our signs are all wrapped in brown Kraft paper. We do not gift wrap.
Care instructions
To remove finger prints use denatured or rubbing alcohol with a microfiber cloth to clean the steel.
Will my sign rust?
Due to the nature of the steel we use, it can rust/oxidize over time, especially if in wet environments such as outside.
What material do we use?
Most of our items are cut from 14 or 16 gauge hot rolled steel. We also use stainless steel which will be specified in the item listing.
My package hasn't arrived when it said it would.
We pride ourselves on the ability to ship orders quickly! (with the exception of custom items) Once it leaves our shop, we cannot guarantee what happens with the carrier system or what may happen to your package during the shipping process. We can only guarantee that we will do our part, and get your package shipped as quickly as we can!
In most cases the item is on its way, just arriving late.
If your item does arrive late, or tracking states delivered, but you did not receive the package, you will have to contact the postal service. RusticWorx is not responsible for refunds of shipping cost if the package is late.
In the event your package arrives damaged, please reach out to us immediately to resolve the issue.
