Steelhorse is inspired by the rich culture and heritage of 20th Century man & machine - the permeating smells of fuel, rubber, leather, and a more honest and mechanical age that will no doubt be profoundly missed.
Captured in photography, prints and apparel - our inspiration comes from our sometimes ridiculous automotive endeavors and adventures on two and four wheels.
In this our comparatively clinical and sterile post-industrial age - we tip our hats to the unshackled, curious and creative pioneers of mechanical 'horse power', those individuals from a by-gone era who - despite the heavy opinions of others (which each and every one of us suffers from) - resisted the dogma of existing ways to persevere and carve out their own unique paths. We salute you.

Distilled further and philosophical at its heart, the essence of STEELHORSE explores our quest for deeper spiritual meaning through physical triumphs and endeavours. Men with destiny...the dreamers.
