How do I download my pattern?
Your printable downloads will be accessible by going to your Etsy Profile > Purchases. Find your order in your list and at the bottom of your order is a link to your PDF file/files.
Alternatively, if you have checked out as a guest and not a registered Etsy user, you will automatically receive an email that contains the link to your PDF file/files. Click this link to open the PDF. From there, you can click “CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD” to access the files you purchased.

Do I need a SYNC or DROPBOX account?
No, you do not need an account for either! When you click on the link in your PDF, it will take you to either Sync or Dropbox and give you the option to either get the app, make an account or continue to website. Select the option to “Continue to website” for the Dropbox folder. This will take you directly to the folder or folders with your image files.
The Sync folder will open automatically when clicking on the link in your downloaded PDF file.
If you do decide to open an account, it is free for either websites.
How do I unzip files?
Most of my patterns are zipped files. In order to print and use my patterns, you need to unzip them first.
