Frequently asked questions
How is my item shipped?
Items are usually shipped by USPS standard mail with tracking information. Occasionally, DHL is used.
My tracking was marked as "delivered" but I still haven't received my package?
Occasionally this happens. USPS delivery vans have GPS that sometimes automatically updates a shipment as "delivered" prematurely. Please wait another 1-3 business days because the package was most likely marked as delivered accidentally, and will arrive the following day or shortly thereafter.
Why does my tracking show my item was delivered to another address?
Occasionally, USPS makes mistakes and normally they will notice this right away and re-route the package. Often the package is miraculously delivered to the right address in a day or two.
I’ve waited for my package to show up but it still hasn’t?
Contact your local post office and NOT the USPS HOTLINE (usually they only tell you what the tracking already says). Ask them who delivered the parcel, and ask them details about that day's delivery. They are used to these types of questions, and can usually provide helpful information. If they are unable to deliver your package properly then please call the Post Office to file a claim.
Can I return my order or get a refund?
Each item is made to order individually for each buyer, so we do not accept returns or cancellations after production has begun. In the case that your item had a printing/manufacturing error, please send a clear photo and description of the fault and a case for a reprint will be opened.
My order came but I am missing an item. Will it ship separately?
Sometimes items are shipped from different facilities; especially if you have ordered home items as well as apparel. Please reach out to see if there is additional tracking information.
How is the sizing for your shirts?
Our shirts are unisex so they have a boxier shape. We suggest going 2 or 3 sizes UP from your typical size for an oversized fit as shown on some of the models. If you are between sizes, we suggest going with the larger size. Each listing has a size chart specific to that item. Most of our clothing items are Comfort Colors, because we love the vintage feel and quality but we also offer Bella Canvas and Gildan. Please check the listing for a specific model.
I don’t see the color or brand I want, can you do something custom?
Of course! Please message us and we will see what we can come up with!
The location/"origin zip code" in my order tracking link is different than the location/zip code stated in the listing?
We work with different print shops to create each item. Because we are only able to provide one "origin zip code" per item, sometimes your order may ship from a different zip code than the one you see in the listing.
Missing/stolen package?
Our shop is unable to reimburse orders that were misdelivered by the post office or stolen from a property, as the shipping process is out of our hands once the package has been transferred to the PO. Thank you for understanding!
