I need my order before the expected delivery time, can I rush my order?
Yes, do have an option for Express shipping available which can be added in the shipping section at checkout if you need your order ASAP.
When will I receive my order?
Each order is made to order and packaged by us with care and our usual dispatch times are estimated 1-2 weeks unless otherwise stated in the listing description. We are very efficient, and we try our best to get orders out ahead of schedule where possible without compromising on quality and try to exceed your expectations, but this may take longer than advertised in busy periods. If you have any concerns, please contact us and we will get back to you ASAP with any queries you may have.
Can I order a Sample? I am not sure which design I would like.
Yes, of course. On all of our save the dates we have an option to purchase a sample in the drop-down menus in the listing you may purchase more than one design to see the finished design before placing your full-sized order.
Samples are only for customers to see the item before purchasing a full-sized order and are not intended for purchasing a lower quantity order than listed.
Can I see a preview of my order?
We do not offer a proof design service on standard orders, however if your order is custom and you require a proof, we will send this over for your approval. Otherwise, we will make your order as mentioned in the listing or as previously discussed in messages.
Can I personalise my item in another language other than English?
We can amend most items in our store to another language other than English and use special characters for the text. But please message us prior to placing the order to make sure this customisation is able to be applied to your chosen item. On some items this may incur an additional fee.
Can the Save the date backing cards be amended or can I add extra text?
Unfortunately, we aren’t able to amend the backing cards of our wooden heart save the dates, or our pencil us in save the dates. However, we can make amendments to all our other save the date cards.

I need to send over a photo for my order, How do I do this?
If you have purchased one of our items that requires a photo please send this over to us in a message within Etsy after you have made the purchase and we will add this with your order for you.
When sending over your photo please ensure that it is a high resolution of 300dpi, if we receive a photo that we think may not be the best quality for print or if it would not be suitable for the item we will get in contact and advise you of this. Please take into consideration any text overlay that may obscure sections of your chosen photo.

My order is being delivered in the Uk, will I receive tracking for my order?
Our standard Free shipping option is a non-tracked shipping service which will be sent with Royal Mail 48 so typically this should be delivered in 2-3 working days from when the order is shipped. There may be delays at busy periods and this may take a little longer which is unfortunately out of our control. If you would like to have the option of a tracked service this is available as a shipping upgrade for UK services at the time of ordering.
