I originally had some concerns with my inserts, but after going back to the listing, I realized that the matte finish was clearly stated in the description, so I definitely take some responsibility for my initial expectations. The seller was incredibly gracious and reached out to make things right, sending me replacement inserts that I absolutely love! I’m so happy with how the new ones turned out.
