To access your digital files from your account:
1. Sign in to Etsy.com on a web browser (not the Etsy app) and go to "Your account."
2. Navigate to "Purchases and reviews."
3. Next to the order, select "Download Files."
- If you don't see a download button, click the small gray arrow to the right of the order. This will take you to the Downloads page.

If you purchased as a guest, you'll find a link to download your files in the receipt email sent to you after purchase. If you can't find the email receipt from Etsy, please check your spam or junk inbox. For Gmail users, please also check the Social and Promotions tabs.

If you made your payment via Apple Pay or logged in using your Apple ID and can't find your order or didn't receive the emailed Etsy receipt, please refer to the following information. When signing into Etsy through the app, you might have selected the option "Hide My Email", which generates a unique random email address to protect your personal email privacy when using apps and websites. Consequently, the Etsy email receipt with the download link was sent to the randomly generated email address.
