The communication was very friendly, warm, and helpful from the start. My questions were answered quickly, and they really made an effort to find a suitable solution for me.

1 out of 5 starsThe dress was shipped from China, even though the order stated it was being shipped from Reims, France. The dress has a completely different cut than described. 100% polyester.

Nous souhaitons apporter quelques précisions : pour des raisons logistiques et afin de faciliter les expéditions internationales, certains de nos produits peuvent être stockés et expédiés depuis nos entrepôts partenaires situés en Chine. Le lieu d’expédition ne correspond donc pas nécessairement au lieu de fabrication du produit qui est bien effectuer en France. Concernant la matière, la composition 100 % polyester était bien indiquée dans la description de l’article au moment de votre commande.
