We hope you love your print, but if you change your mind, eligible non-personalised items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Please contact us through Etsy Messages before returning an item. For change-of-mind returns, the buyer is responsible for return postage costs and the item must be returned in its original condition and securely packaged.

Once the returned item has been received, a refund will be issued in accordance with Etsy’s return policy and your applicable consumer rights.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or significantly different from the listing description, please contact us as soon as possible with clear photographs and we’ll arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or

This helps us assess the issue and raise it with the relevant print or delivery provider.

Once reviewed, we’ll offer an appropriate resolution. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a free replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.

Delays can occasionally occur due to couriers, customs, weather, seasonal demand or other circumstances outside our control.

If your order is running late, we kindly ask that you allow additional time for delivery. Refunds will not normally be issued while an order is still in transit.

If the courier officially confirms that your parcel has been lost, please contact us and we’ll help arrange an appropriate resolution.

We want your print to arrive in excellent condition.

If your order arrives with a printing fault, defect or other quality issue, please message us with clear photos and we’ll be happy to investigate. Where appropriate, we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Please note that colours may appear slightly different in print compared with what you see on your screen. This can happen due to differences in screen brightness, calibration and display settings.

Small colour variations are normal and are not considered a printing fault.

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your purchase.

We’re unable to provide a free replacement where an incorrect or incomplete address has been supplied by the customer.

If your order is returned due to an address issue, we may be able to arrange a replacement or resend, but any additional printing and delivery costs may need to be covered by the customer.

If your parcel is being held by your local postal service because of an address issue, you may need to contact the courier directly to arrange collection or update the delivery information.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after purchasing.

We accept cancellation requests within 2 hours of purchase. As our prints are sent for production quickly, we may not be able to stop an order once production or dispatch has begun.

If your order can no longer be stopped, any applicable return or statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Delivery networks can become significantly busier during Christmas and other major holiday periods.

Etsy’s estimated delivery dates are provided as a guide and may not fully account for seasonal courier delays.

We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date unless this is explicitly stated in the listing.

If your order is still in transit, we will normally allow the courier additional time before arranging a replacement, as sending a second order too early can result in duplicate deliveries.

For Christmas gifts, we strongly recommend ordering as early as possible.

Each print size is carefully adapted to suit its specific aspect ratio. Because different sizes have different proportions, minor variations in cropping, positioning, spacing and the amount of artwork visible may occur compared with the listing images.

Artwork is never stretched or distorted. Each size is individually adjusted to preserve the original composition and overall appearance as closely as possible. The white border is also proportionally adjusted to suit the selected print size.

By choosing a particular print size, you acknowledge that these minor proportional adjustments may be required.
