The Wolf Notes are words which started as "notes-to-self" and are now available as notes to your most favourite people for no occasion at all.

My name is Meg Wolf.

I began writing and scribbling down words during a particularly difficult phase in my life. They were words I needed to hear at the time and were the start of a journal I now call "The Wolf Notes".

I hope that the words I found comfort in will empower and encourage other people in times when they are needed and times when they are completely out of the blue. I strongly believe that the most powerful time to show gratitude and love to those around you is when they are least expecting it.
