Do you accept custom orders?
Yes! We can often customize sizing, colors, or add personal touches (like initials or embossing) depending on the item. Please message us before ordering so we can discuss your request.
How do I find the right jacket size?
Each jacket listing includes a size chart. We recommend comparing your measurements to the chart before purchasing. If you’re unsure, send us your measurements and we’ll be happy to guide you.
How do I care for my leather items?
1. Keep leather away from water and direct sunlight.
2. Store in a cool, dry place.
3. Use a leather conditioner occasionally to keep it soft and prevent cracking.
4. Avoid harsh chemicals or cleaners.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
We accept returns/exchanges on non-custom items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please see our shop policies for details.
