1 out of 5 starsItems were refunded. Initially 2 incense boxes purchased in good condition. How they arrived is a different picture. Items were put in a bubble wrap mailer. No other wrapping paper bubble wrap or other to securely ship. Arrived in pieces. From Wisconsin to California… one can guess what condition they were in upon opening. Took a week + for Emily to respond to my concerns. Finally a refund. With the comment of “ how disappointing “. Shouldn’t one have a basic idea to prepare any item to be sent out in an appropriate manner? Hoping her other customers do not suffer the same fate! I’d think twice before ordering from her again … no thank you.

Sizing details
All my black nylon cords are 18” and all my silver plated cords are 16” all other necklace cords will be given in the product details.
Care instructions
When cleaning your crystal jewelry I recommend placing your crystal pendants into a pile of rock salt, sunlight, or holding them in the smoke of incense or burning sage (USE EXTREME CAUTION WITH THIS METHOD) to eliminate negative energy. I do not recommend using soap and water or salt water methods. If you have dirt or grime on your crystals, use a soft bristle toothbrush or pipe cleaner to dislodge any debris and wipe with a dry cotton cloth.
If you notice any tarnishing on silver plated chains they can be cleaned with any silver polishing material and method without damage.
Where is my shipping slip?
I try to do everything as paperless as possible. It keeps product costs down and is much more environmentally friendly. When you make your purchase your order information sent via email acts as your shipping slip.
