  • I have a wide variety of products....ranging from custom dice trays, dice bags, mugs and much more! Go check them out!
  • In November 2020, I decided to rent a studio space to help me gain a work/life balance. It was the best decision ever!
  • In August 2021 I expanded the studio, added more storage and created a cutting table on wheels!
  • My flat zip bags are uniquely designed to fit inside my dice trays 🎲 They are a Trayed and Tested original design! 😁

Are your dice handmade?

My dice are not handmade by me. I buy them from a trustworthy wholesaler.

Custom and personalised orders

I pride myself on personalisation. If you would like an item made with fabrics or designs that I don't have in stock, send me the link and I can look into purchasing it for you!

Please note that I am unable to give refunds on personalised items, unless their is a fault or damage to said item(s).

My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?

If you order hasn't arrive 60 days after you have received your shipment notification, then please get in contact with me via Etsy.

Shipping Information

All UK items are sent via a Second Class Signed for Royal Mail service. All International items are sent via a tracked service.

If your item hasn't arrived within 60 days of you receiving your shipment notification, please get in touch.

If an item is miss shipped because of an information error on the customers part and if the item is returned to me there are a couple of options;

- A refund of the item(s) price minus shipping cost, or

- The customer must pay the shipping costs to have the order sent out again and must provide the correct shipping/address information.

Please note that once items are shipped, I cannot change the address or have the package redirected.

Exchanges and Returns

If you receive your item(s) in a damaged or faulty state, then please get in contact with me via Etsy. Please send me some photos of the fault/damage so that the situation can be rectified. Please inform me if you are wanting to return the item from an overseas location. I cannot give returns unless the item(s) are returned to me.

I do not cover the postage costs if an item has not been collected from the Post Office by the customer. Please endeavour to check the tracking information to see if there has been an attempt to deliver the item.

I do not offer refunds on custom handmade products (but will offer a full refund up to 48 hours after a purchase has been made). Orders will have been processed and started after this time period.

Do you make custom dice?

Sadly I do not have the capacity to make handmade dice at this time. Other items including dice trays, bags, mugs, keyrings and tote bags can all be customised. Please get in touch if you have any customisation requests.
