Frequently asked questions
1. Do you offer returns or refunds?
Because all items are digital downloads, I’m unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.
If you have any issues with your files, please message me — I’m always happy to help.
2. How do I download my files?
After your purchase is complete, Etsy will provide instant access to your files on the Downloads page under your account.
You’ll also receive a download link by email.
3. Can I use these printables for commercial purposes?
All items are for Personal Use Only.
If you need a classroom license or extended use, please contact me — I can provide custom licensing options.
4. Can I edit or customize the files?
Most files are provided as PDF and are not editable.
If you need a custom version (colors, layout, wording), feel free to send me a message — I do offer custom design work.
5. I can't open or print the file. What should I do?
Please message me immediately. I can resend the file, provide a different format, or help troubleshoot printing issues.
I respond quickly and ensure you receive a working file.
6. Do you accept custom orders?
Yes!
If you need a specific science poster, worksheet, or educational theme, I’m happy to create custom designs tailored to your needs.
