Customers are responsible for the fabric care and suitability.

Berry & Grouse shall, at its option, repair or replace any Goods that are found to be defective, or refund the price of such defective goods (return of the defective item may be requested and only the defective item will be entitled to a refund). Berry & Grouse is not liable for the repair, replacement or refund if the product has been altered, repaired or damaged by the customer due to the incorrect product care or damaged caused by misuse or wear and tear.

Processing Times

All items are handmade to order, so processing times may vary. Estimated dispatch dates are approximate and may be extended during busy periods, for custom orders, or if fabric is temporarily out of stock.
For current lead times or updates on your order, feel free to message us. If a delay occurs, we will contact you to discuss how you’d like to proceed.

Colour Disclaimer:
Please note that actual fabric colours may vary from what you see on screen. This is due to differences in monitor settings and individual perception of colour.

We cannot guarantee an exact colour match based on screen images. Fabric samples are available on request.

Size Tolerance:
As each item is handmade, a size variation of ±2cm is within our acceptable tolerance. Returns will not be accepted for products that fall within this margin, and such items will not be eligible for replacement or refund.

How do I exchange?

You may exchange your item for a replacement. Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility, and postal charges will apply to send the new item. Replacements are dispatched once the original item is received. If the new item costs less, we’ll refund the difference. If it costs more, additional payment is required before dispatch. Any outstanding balance must be paid within 14 days. After this period, the exchange will be cancelled and any credit due will be refunded to your original payment method.

Deliveries

If shipping details are incorrect or incomplete, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees if your item is undeliverable. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday. Saturday or specific day deliveries are available on request with extra charges.

Please provide a contact number and any special delivery instructions to help avoid delays or failed attempts, though this is optional.

Upon delivery, please inspect the packaging for visible damage and take photos if any are found. Report damages within 24 hours and return items within 7 days. Claims outside this timeframe may not be accepted.

Orders outside of UK Mainland, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands

Deliveries are available to UK Mainland only. Additional postage fees apply for Scottish Highlands & Islands (postcodes IV2-IV28, PH10-PH44, PA20-PA29, KA27-KA28), Scottish Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, and overseas orders. These fees reflect courier charges.

For orders outside UK Mainland, please contact us for shipping costs. Some product restrictions may apply. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.

Please note, shipping to the Republic of Ireland is temporarily suspended.

Returns

Proof of purchase is required for all returns. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs; original postage fees are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition—any loss in value caused by damage or missing packaging is the buyer’s responsibility.

Dog Beds: Non-returnable once the protective covering has been removed.

Sale Items: Excluded from returns and exchanges.

Damages: Returns damaged due to incorrect packaging, misuse, or wear and tear will not be accepted and won’t be refunded. Please return items in their original packaging to avoid issues.

Returns

We accept responsibility for parcels only once they have been received at our office. Items lost or damaged during return transit will not be considered returned. It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to pay the correct postage fees in full.

To protect your return, we highly recommend insuring your return parcel.

Fabric

Fabric samples are available on request to give an approximate idea of the products (fees and postage may apply). Berry & Grouse reserves the right to withdraw any design at any time without notice. If a fabric is withdrawn and your order cannot be fulfilled, it will be cancelled and refunded in full.

Fabric durability varies, and we cannot guarantee one fabric will suit your needs better than another. Cleaning instructions are provided by manufacturers and available on request. Using your own fabric is accepted at your own risk regarding suitability.

Please note that some images on our site are generated using AI technology and may not perfectly represent the actual fabric pattern, colours, or scale.

What if the item is damaged or faulty?

Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with detailed information and photos of the packaging and damage. Products come with a 1-month warranty from dispatch.

When returning items, please obtain a free certificate of postage from the Post Office, as the item remains your responsibility until received at our office. Lost or damaged returns will not be accepted.

If requested, customers must return goods to Berry & Grouse at their own cost. Berry & Grouse will then repair, replace, or refund any defective items at its discretion.
