Orders are prepared EXACTLY as submitted. Please double check the personalization and style you choose when ordering.

Asking in the "Note to seller" section for the item to be shipped quicker than the expected turnaround time is NOT a guarantee that the item will ship out faster.

We ship orders 3-4 days each and every week. Since our processing times is relatively quick (5 business days or less), we do not offer rush processing.

However, orders that have been upgraded to USPS Priority or Express shipping are processed FIRST. All other orders are processed in the order they have been received.

Because the postal delivery of your order is outside of our control, we do not guarantee delivery by a specific date.

We are proud of our 100% on-time shipping and tracking - which means that we ALWAYS ship our orders on-time with tracking information. It is always our aim to under-promise and over-deliver.

U.S. orders are eligible for free shipping - which is USPS Ground Advantage mail (formerly known as First Class).

USPS Priority Shipping prices begin at $8 and are typically delivered in 3 business days (or less) to the lower 48 states. Price is calculated based on location and weight of package. Delivery time is NOT guaranteed by USPS (or us).

USPS Priority EXPRESS Shipping prices begin at $28 and are delivered in 2 business days (or less) to the lower 48 states. Price is calculated based on location and weight of package. Delivery time IS guaranteed by USPS.

We're sorry because we know having issues with package delivery can be frustrating.

The quickest way to resolve your issue is to visit your local post office. Using the tracking number, they can determine the GPS location where your package was delivered.

In the past 12 years, we’ve shipped 22,000+ packages via the US Postal Service. Only ONE package has been lost for any length of time and less than 10 have taken a wrong turn here and there, BUT have always been delivered.

USPS picks up orders from our porch and provide an affordable shipping option for our small, family business. With just two full-time employees, we simply don’t have time to deal with other carriers – like UPS or FedEx. And, quite honestly, neither one offers the value that we receive from the USPS.
