✍️ Yes, you will need to signup with Canva to be able to access & edit templates that are purchased. You can sign up for FREE or Pro versions.

✍️ We recommend you to download our files on a desktop if you are printing from home. Or you can use a mobile device if you plan to print at your local print shop

✍️ We recommend printing PDF files using your internet browser, which is completely FREE.

✍️ You will need a FREE Notion account to use our Notion templates, as they are edited 'digitally' by YOU, on desktop OR mobile devices (they are not printable planners).

✍️ If you have a poor quality photo of your beloved pet, please reach out (before placing your order), as we may be able to use your photo and will be able to advise you of the best way to proceed.

✍️ Unfortunately, due to the custom nature of the item we do not accept returns, exchanges or requests for alterations after delivery.

All of your custom requests are relayed through the personalization section and Etsy messages. We will always do our best to accommodate your requests.

We ask that you send any specific requests through our Etsy message conversation during the order process, and we you can proceed with your order when we agree on your requirements.

✍️ Our production times are regularly updated within each listing. For example: Our best selling hand painted pet urns currently have an average waiting time of 6 weeks, which is due to the amount of orders already in the queue. (We try our very best to deliver before the estimated lead times, as we completely understand how important your fur babies are).

✍️ Due to the high volume of orders that we create and ship every day we are unable to send photos or create mock-ups before production and shipment.

✍️ melOnDesignPetGifts is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen -- all circumstances which are beyond our control.

Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item -- please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages.

If you suspect mail theft you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police department.

✍️ If a customer's order is returned to the sender/seller for ANY reason the customer is responsible for paying for re-shipment.

✍️ The price paid is the price of the item at the time of your order. For example, if the item is in a 10% off sale a week after you order we do not go back and refund all previous customers that 10% off amount.
