Custom and personalised orders

I can create a customized print just for you.

Sizing details

I create my artwork at standard US sizes, making it easy for you to find a suitable frame.
However if you have a specific size you would like a print made at, and it is not available in my shop, please get in touch via Etsy convo, and I can try to resize the artwork to suit you wishes.

Care instructions

My prints are 100% archival,
meaning they will last you a lifetime without fading.
Unpack your print carefully, trying not to touch the printed area of the print, as it may damage the artwork.
It is advisable to display your print framed in an archival frame,
with acid-free backboard and behind (UV protected) glass
Best not to display in direct sunlight or in damp conditions

Gift wrapping and packaging

Prints come rolled in acid free tissue to protect your print,
and are shipped in a sturdy postal tube.
Your print is shipped straight from the printing lab to you,
minimizing shipping time and carbon footprint.
However this means I can unfortunately not provide gift wrapping

Refunds

My prints are made on demand just for you,
and therefor I do not accept returns and exchanges.
However, if your order is damaged upon arrival,
please provide a photo of the damages as soon as possible,
and I will reprint and reship free of charge.
If your order is lost in transit, I will do the same
A shipment is usually considered 'lost' if it failed to arrive after 28 working days.
