All fabric used in rubyandjoy pieces has been sourced over time, from around the world, with much love. If you see something you like, best to snap it up quickly, as there are no guarantees it'll be around for long. If you see some fabric you love and would like it say, as a heart instead of a birdy, please just email me, and I'll have a rummage and see if it's your lucky day!
If your item is a gift, please let us know in the comments section and we can wrap it and add a note for for you.
All our materials are beautiful and clean, if anything is vintage or re-used it will be stated in the product description, otherwise it will be brand new. All designs are by myself (and my sketching hand!). All children's toys are made using new (unless otherwise stated) fabric, hi-loft polyester stuffing which conforms to all safety standards, and will not have 'dangly bits' that can be sucked/chewed off, unless stated in product description. We take every precaution to make sure our kiddies toys are safe, however please be aware you are purchasing a homemade item, and as such we can not guarantee the toys safety beyond basic use.
I am always happy to do custom orders! If you would like something in a different colour, size, material etc, just let me know - it would be my pleasure!

Preferred method of payment is paypal. Australian customers may also make a direct deposit, please convo me for details. Please note that your item will not be shipped until your payment is received and cleared.
For buyers who wish to pay with a credit card but do not have a paypal account - you can still use paypal! Click on paypal at checkout and click the “I do not have a paypal account” and follow the instructions from there - you will not be required to set up an account to complete the transaction.

Delivery
I ship standard Australian post mail. If you prefer another method or would like to purchase priority, express or overnight shipping, insurance or delivery confirmation, please let me know in the “comment to seller” section when checking out and I will be happy to add it.
Some of my items are made to order, so please allow 2-3 days after your payment has cleared before shipping. I will however be sure to work as fast as possible and get your parcel in the mail quick sticks! In stock items will be mailed promptly. Check your item’s listing to see if this applies to you - and please, feel free to ask any questions!
Unfortunately, it is difficult to track packages when they leave Australia and delivery confirmation is not available (unless paid for). Though I'll be happy to provide proof of shipment, I generally cannot be responsible for packages once shipped internationally.
