My jewelry is named after my son, Tyler and started designing jewelry the summer of 2008. I am a self taught artist. I have had no training in jewelry design besides the books I bought to learn certain techniques. I have always been very creative even as a child.
My first piece that I made was a single pearl choker on leather. I began making necklaces, bracelets, and even earrings with freshwater pearls and leather. Through the years, I have started mixing my pieces with other elements, but my pieces always include a freshwater pearl.
Making jewelry is my “therapy”. I love creating unique pieces. I have gone from making a few pieces for myself and some friends, to selling to boutiques and doing trade shows.
As a designer, I want my customers to be happy with the pieces that they choose for themselves. I want them to feel unique, just like each pearl that is used.
