Once the order is complete, you can download the digital files from Etsy. Go to YOUR ACCOUNT on a desktop computer or mobile browser (the Etsy app does not currently support downloads), then navigate to PURCHASES & REVIEWS, locate your order, and click DOWNLOAD FILES.

If the download link does not appear immediately, please wait a few minutes as there may be a slight delay. If you prefer not to wait, feel free to reach out via Etsy message for assistance.

Occasionally, an order may appear as “processing” on Etsy. This usually happens if there is an issue with the payment method, or more rarely, due to a temporary Etsy glitch.

You can double-check whether the payment went through successfully on your end. Once confirmed, it can take up to 72 hours for Etsy to finish processing the order. After processing is complete, the digital files will be available to download.

All templates are created using free Canva elements, therefore a free Canva account is usually sufficient to customise and download them. However, Canva occasionally re-classifies some items in their library, which means that an element that was free at the time of design can later appear as "Pro".

If a premium element appears, you have two options:
1. Pay a small fee (usually $1–$2) to download the template.
2. Subscribe to Canva Pro, which includes a 1-month free trial. Customise and download the template for free, then cancel the subscription if you do not wish to continue.
