How do I print my file?
All files are downloaded in PDF format. In order to print you need to download a free program called Adobe PDF Reader. https://acrobat.adobe.com/us/en/acrobat/pdf-reader.html
What can these files be used for?
All the files on my Etsy shop can be used for personal use only. Meaning they can be printed for use wih your own children, students or family. They cannot be reproduced, resold, altered or given away for free in any form.
Why don't you offer refunds on digital downloads?
Etsy does not offer refunds on digital downloads. The reason for me is that anyone could download my files, say they aren't satisfied and still keep the file. I try to price my items fairly so they are not a huge cost to you as well as post clear pictures about what you are getting. But I want you to be happy so if you ever have a problem- please message me!
