📌 We Welcome Custom Orders. If you are interested in a custom order please message us directly and we will be happy to assist. Friendly reminder that we do NOT send out design previews or pictures of order unless it is a custom order and/or we have previously agreed. Additional fees may apply.

📌 Do NOT add questions or "Date needed by" in the Personalization Box. Due to High Volume of Incoming Orders Notes are not reviewed until we begin working on the order. We only work by Processing Time. Any questions or concern message us directly.

🚨Holiday Shipping Season Updates: 🚨

USPS has announced shipping delays due to upcoming holidays and weather conditions. CalitheMaker has no control of USPS delays please plan accordingly when ordering.

Friendly Reminders:

- CalitheMaker Processing time 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS (Weekend, Holidays and Shipping time NOT included)
- CalitheMaker ONLY works by Processing Turnaround Time and NOT by Date needed by. It is buyers responsibility to plan accordingly.
- CalitheMaker is not liable for STOLEN Packages and will NOT issue refunds nor ship replacing product.
- If you have experienced lost or delayed mail please purchase USPS Priority Mail.
- Returned packages by mailing carrier due to delivery issues will require buyer to pay for shipping fees again. We are not liable for any delays that may occur due to delivery issues.
- Order cannot be cancelled if we have already created the product.
- Packages lost or damaged by USPS. Buyer must file a claim with USPS by visiting https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm and USPS requires to have an online account.
- Only USPS Priority and USPS Priority Express mail are insured up to $100.
- USPS First Class Mail is the slowest delivery plan and is not insured. If lost, stolen or damaged there is nothing CalitheMaker can do.


PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY AND DO NOT ASSUME WE WILL SHIP BEFORE TURNAROUND TIME. TURNAROUND TIME IS SET BASED ON THE HIGH VOLUME OF INCOMING ORDERS. INCLUDING ON THE NOTES THAT YOU NEED IT BY A SPECIFIC DATE DOES NOT CHANGE OUR PROCESSING TIME. FOR THE RESPECT OF OUR CLIENTS WE WORK ON ORDERS IN THE ORDER THEY COME IN. NO EXCEPTIONS.
