〰THE COSMICORE WRITING METHOD AND APPS〰
The Cosmicore Writing Method and Applications bloomed from my own multi-decadal writer's block. I tried many different writing apps, methods, plotting, pantsing, scrivener, you name it... Nothing helped achieve any success other than overwhelming me. I always had the natural talent to sit down and write well, but only in fragments, never the entire finished novel! Nothing helped, so while procrastinating one day on writing my own novel, I made my first app to organize my books as I wrote them... scene by scene, and then from that sprouted the Cosmicore writing method. The Cosmicore writing method has available guides of every genre to deep dive and focus scene by scene to complete your novel. The Writing Software: 'Novelisha', my first application currently available to Windows PC users, but coming to Linux and Mac soon, helps organize all your books and helps you focus on writing scene by scene to complete your own novels! NO A.I., NO Subscriptions, just indie software and writing methods to actually help get your book done!
〰THE ORIGIN STORY OF THE APPS〰
Novelisha was my first app, and then I created LunaLog next, which is a woman made (me, I made it :), for other women, just for myself and my sister at first, a desktop app to help predict our periods and cycles/phases! NO cloud, no spyware, not on a phone deliberately for privacy purposes, and no subscription. LunaLog keeps track of the full moons as well and includes a journal you export and write in distraction free. It also acts as an entire calendar/planner with customizations and PDF export options. It was a need that needed to be filled. My sister and I use it every day, and it was instantly more accurate at predicting my next period than I had been once I put in all my past start dates.
〰THE ORIGIN STORY OF THE WORDPRESS THEMES〰
I've been making websites since... forever and ever. Especially for wordpress. I had always been wanting to begin a blog, but never stuck with it, and I came to realize what I loved about it was creating the wordpress themes more than the exercise of blogging. I have had to create multiple websites for my own websites: This Company 'Cosmicore', My Photography portfolio, My personal blog, my sister's personal blog, Video Portfolios, etc. so I ended up creating themes over time that I use myself.
〰ALL MY CREATIONS〰
So you will come to find more Desktop Applications, WordPress Themes, and Writing Guides here, and maybe other apps and things in the future for more platforms, but this has been the origin of why this unique combination of things came together in the beginning. I needed them and I had to build them myself! I realized a long time ago, if it's not pretty, cute, or aesthetically pleasing it's much harder to stare at for hours on end, so all my documents and themes and apps prioritize simplicity, organization, and often pink or other pleasing colors and designs.
