I ordered this do the larger archoil. The product came relatively quickly packaged well. At first, unfortunately, the products magnets were not strong enough to support the weight of the archoil. Contact with the seller was great. Seller stated he hadn’t had this issue before. We worked out the issue to where the seller had to recreate product to accommodate better magnets. I sipped originals back and he shipped new design and they worked great. Although there were some issues, I can’t expect seller to buy all the additives (expensive) to test and evaluate his product. The remake he sent me were without fault and perfect. In the end, great service for an understanding customer. Much appreciated
