Dongo Design is Bettina Dongowski, so here's a little personal resume:
While I was permanently employed for several years after completing my fashion design studies worked as a designer and engineer section, I started parallel to their own business at me from 1989th First on Avantgarde fairs with a small leather and linen collection for the first time under the name DongoDesign, and from 1991 in which I presented my collections anfertigte also with its own shop in Frankfurt am Main and sold. Besides, it inspired me as well today for theater and stage designing imaginative costumes, which I already had begun.
With two annual fashion shows and many press articles about this the DongoDesign Laden existed until I decided in 2007 to once again expand my horizons, the store closed, the studio but further retained and started fashion design, cutting and sewing technique to teach.
With the development of these grandiose CAD editing programs then came still a new passion to: Virtual interface development showed me entirely new possibilities for implementation of my ideas and also a much easier marketing of these creations.
In fashion, it's the little details interested me, everything that makes a garment unique, and cut a design that amazed leaves look twice and you then ask yourself ... how can that work? How can it grow out of the collar of the sleeve?
Fashion is something sensual with fabrics or other materials the soft and comfortable nestle to the body silhouette and styles that are comfortable and just therefore sit well for me.
I was once told by one of my customers: Your fashion is a positive attitude towards life to put on!
And now I enable this Etsyshop hobby dressmakers to realize their very own positive attitude to life!
