But the seller has answered and resolved the issue within 12 hours and I was given access to the file. It is beautiful and exactly as advertised. Just make sure to order with the same emailadress as your Canva account, or make the seller aware of your Canva account, to speed up your access.

Can I get faster shipping?
We have upgraded shipping options when checking out that include tracked parcel options. Choosing the right shipping for your needs is your responsibility.
Why is the actual product a slightly different color that what is online?
We use a professional light box with photography lighting for our photos. We also us a specialized Benq true color monitor for processing the pictures. However, if your monitor has different color settings or a lower color range, the colours you see online may be different from real life. This particularly affects orang and pink colours. This has always been a challenge for online sellers due to variances in equipment that the buyers may have.
There is a problem with my item, can I return it?
Contact us if there are any broken or flawed items and we will make it right!
I've changed my mind, can I return an order?
Once an order has been shipped, we cannot reverse the route it takes. If you would like to return the item for a refund, please contact us to let us know, then return within 45 days for a full refund on the items price. We do not refund shipping charges, and if the item is not in it's original condition, you are responsible for the loss of value amount. We do not charge restocking fees.
Will you ship to a different location?
No. Ensure your address on Etsy is correct and up to date before purchase as we will only ship to the address on file with Etsy, and are not responsible for delays due to errors in the address.
