When will I receive my delivery?
The package goes to print on the day of the order or the following day at the latest. It will be with you in a few days (approx. 2 to 5).
Can I return my order if I don't like it?
Yes, you can do this within 30 days of receiving your order. Please contact us for this. The costs for the return shipment are borne by the buyer. There is no right of withdrawal for digital downloads.
Do you sell printed posters or digital downloads?
Both. Both the title and the description specify whether it is a printed poster or a digital download.
Are the articles produced especially for me?
Yes, each item is individually produced especially for you according to your order. As a rule, we do not use prefabricated stock items and ensure that each item is carefully checked before dispatch. Our aim is to offer you the best possible quality.
What happens if the parcel is damaged on arrival?
