This tail is very soft, and pretty good quality, but sadly it doesn't have the full back of it done and didn't match my expectations, but its an easy fix. I also need to change the keyring to a keychain clip. Other than that its great.

We love furs!

Just a father and son with a bond and an idea!

We are a father (Chris) and son (Connor, 9) team from southwest Michigan who loves to do all things outdoors. Being creative together and sharing my passion of hunting/trapping with my son has been incredible!

About four years ago we started trapping on our property and as beginner homesteaders we would try our best to make use of every part of any plant or animal we harvested. When trapping was becoming quite successful for us, we decided to start making the classic Daniel Boone style coon hat. From there we have enjoyed the process so much and got many comments on our hats that we expanded our hat styles and fur selections.

While we are still learning to do our own leathering, we are excited to share our passion for these amazing animals and their unique qualities. We hope you enjoy every hand-made piece you receive as much as we enjoy making them!

Take a string from your forehead, just above the eyebrows around the back, above the ears and at the occipital bone. Then measure your string with a tape measure. Also find the image describing this process in each of our listings.

How do I take care of my fur product?

We recommend storing your creation on a hook so that the fur is not smashed up against anything.

Do not put in washer or dryer.

Do not put any hair products in or on the fur.
