Custom and personalized orders
If you have an idea for a design you'd like to see on a t-shirt, hoodie, mug etc. we can work with you and our graphic design team to create. NOTE, we will include small upcharge in the price for cost of design creation. Please message us with your details BEFORE PURCHASE; thanks!
Shipping Time?
After processing time USA is approximately 5-7 business days, 4-8 business days for Canada. 7-16 business days for Worldwide.
Returns
- If you have received the wrong item, size, or color please CONTACT US directly before sending a return. We will provide further details.
- If item is defective, please contact us and we will remedy situation asap with a quick replacement in most cases.
Why does my shirt smell?
Please understand, due to the manufacturing process of printing directly onto a shirt, the shirt will tend to have a vinegar type smell initially. This is completely normal. One wash will take care of the smell.
Refunds
Refunds are available ONLY for defective items. Unfortunately we cannot give refunds on items based on customer ordering wrong item or changing mind once item is received. This is due to the fact that our shop is charged for cost of goods by our production partners immediately after order is placed.
If item is defective and you don't want a replacement, please send us a detailed message and clear pictures.
