Hi, I appreciate your feedback. For all name engravings, I size the text to be as large and visible as possible without needing to rotate the cup, so it’s positioned for the best overall visual balance. Since a proof wasn’t requested before production, I followed my standard sizing approach. If you had a specific size or layout in mind, I’m always happy to provide a proof beforehand to make sure it matches exactly what you’re envisioning.
