How many photos do I need
We recommend you send us 45-55 images for your custom design. We will try to use all of the images you provide depending on design chosen. It may not be possible to use all images so if there are specific images you definitely want included please let us know
How do I send my images?
Please either upload your pictures at www.memorycollage.co.uk, Dropbox or by using wetransfer.com sending to the email upload@memorycollage.co.uk or via Whats App to 07494774041
I recommend 45/55 pictures.
Our emails and projects are all stored on our own secure server for your protection.
How long do I have to send you my photos?
After purchasing you have up to 4 weeks to send in your photos. Take your time to pick your favourite photos to capture your memories in print. if I have not received your photos I will issue you with a coupon code valid for 6 months and mark your order as complete. This prevents me from being penalised by Etsy for having overdue orders.
Will I be able to see my collage before its finalised?
Yes of course. A digital proof of your design will be sent to you via email.
Can I make changes to my collage?
Yes. Once you have received your proof approval any changes or amendments to make your collage perfect will be made as you request. After final alterations have been made we will send you the final proof again.
How do you organise the images on the collage?
Our designer arranges your photos to bring out all the colours and ensures everyone in your photos gets prime seen
What If I need my art work in a hurry?
We offer a fast track service for an additional cost please contact us via email to arrange this
When will I receive the final artwork?
Once approved you will receive your collage within 7-14 days
Can I alter the wording?
Yes. You can have any wording, phrase or quote you would like, your collage can have a logo of the park you attended e.g. Disneyland or Universal (these logos are designed by us as due to copyright you cannot have official logos)
Can I request a specific design?
We are always happy to help with custom designs, if you do not see one you like email us direct and we will help you create your own designs.
