What are Modulus.Moduli's lead times?
We try to ship out the next day whenever possible, but occasionally it may take as many as 3 business days.
What is Modulus.Moduli's policy on shipping fees?
We do not pad our bottom line by overcharging for shipping.
If an error has been made in the calculation of the cost of shipping, all overages above $1.00 will be refunded to the buyer.
Also, we will gladly combine shipping for multiple orders. Just purchase each individual item and we will refund the difference over $1.00 in the shipping fees.
Does Modulus.Moduli ship to countries other than the United States?
Unfortunately, at this time, we have chosen to only sell, and thus ship, our items to the United States due to the uncertainties of foreign regulations, shipping lead times and customs/tariffs.
Does Modulus.Moduli accept returns?
We will gladly accept returns. Just reach out to us as soon as possible and ship the item back to us within 14 days of delivery. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
With that being said, all of our merchandise is antique and vintage and thus, not brand new or perfect. Please examine the photos closely. We try our best to note any damage a piece might have but we are not perfect. Occasionally, damage cannot be seen with the naked eye and only through magnification. As a result, the absence of a condition report or a photograph does not preclude the absence of defects or restoration, nor does a reference to particular defects imply the absence of any others.
