Hello! My name is Jacque. My husband and I live in Arizona, USA and have 3 kids. I initially opened my Etsy shop when I was a new mom with a baby and a toddler at home. I was making homemade burp cloths and blankets for them, so I decided to sell them, too. Well, that didn't last long, as motherhood took priority and we added a third child to our family. So sewing was put on hold for a while.
Now, my kids are growing up! I decided to start actively selling here again, and I'm loving it so much! I love curating care packages for our son who lives away from home, so I started selling care packages. You'll find personalized care packages in my shop as well as box flap design kits for holidays and other occasions.
I also love designing digital products like birthday invitations, church activity invitations, printable greeting cards, and wall art for nurseries or playrooms and am adding new products to my shop weekly.
In addition to care packages and digital products, I also sell custom gifts like money cards, scented candles, tee shirts and jewelry.
The products I design are meant to show an elevated level of love and thought - focusing on color, message, and unique design, making whomever you are buying for feel extra special.

Frequently asked questions
What if my personalized care package is delayed/lost in transit or stolen?
Olive Tree Designs is not liable for any product packages that are delayed in
transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen-- all circumstances
which are beyond our control. Once we hand your item over to the
shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item-- please
contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost
packages. If you suspect mail theft you can obtain the GPS
coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a
mail theft report with your local police department.
What if my custom gift or personalized care package item is returned to the sender/seller after it's shipped? What are the care instructions for this item?
If a customer's order is returned to the sender/seller for ANY reason
the customer is responsible for paying for re-shipment.
For clothing items, please wash items inside out in cold water, do not
bleach, do not dry clean, and do not iron directly on the design. What
are the sizing details? What if it doesn't fit after I try it on? A detailed
size chart is available in all listings. It is the buyer's responsibility to
select the correct size.
For Digital Download Products - Do you accept return or cancellation?
Due to the nature of the digital download file, no refund or
cancellation can be offered. If there's any problem with the image
please contact us for further assistance.
