Your item is an item being custom made for a special size, design or your specific taste, and charm choice. It may not be easy to resell and can not be returned unless it arrives damaged. Damaged by your Pet is not returnable. SEE my Shop write up for all the details

PET NECKLACE POLICY

1) MEASURE around entire neck as shown in photo example allowing 1 finger looseness in that measurement. Necklaces NOT returnable for ordering wrong size unless you pay the postage to send it back and postage for new size plus size upgrade. So don't go by an existing Collar, measure.
2) ARE returnable if arrived damaged from mail delivery with photo proof. Not returnable if you or your Pet causes the damage.
3) CATS that scratch a lot may be able to damage necklaces with rhinestones beads so opt for one made without rhinestone beads or minimal rhinestone beads, LARGE CHARMS may annoy cats. Damaged by your cat/dog NOT returnable.
NEVER attach a leash to the Pet Necklace, it could break and Supervise Pet when wearing.
