I started my design agency in 2001 while still working a corporate marketing job in the snowboarding industry for 6 years. I always loved design and quickly found myself read to make it my full time business. While working in the web design and development and overall digital marketing was great I started to lust for more design. So I started making some designs for a sticker for my Scamp trailer which quickly lead to the tire covers. I wanted an easy way to offer them to folks in the community after crowd sourcing the first production run with users in a Scamp trailer facebook group. Since then I have added other designs for different types of trailers. In 2021 I started my own eyewear company called Manis Optics. This gives me ability to be creative on all levels with product design and marketing. Our goal is to offer affordable eyewear to folks in the mountain biking, motocross, and winter sports such as skiing, snowboarding and snowmobiling.
