Do you accept returns or exchanges after delivery?
Due to the custom nature of the items we offer, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If an item does not meet your expectations, please send me a message, and I will work to resolve the issue asap!
Do you offer refunds?
We will only offer refunds if there is an issue with the item. We will not accept refunds for incorrect mailing addresses, preference for another item, etc... If there is an issue with an item, you must message us with a photo of the item within 48 hours of receiving the order and we will resolve the issue asap!
My order did not reach me on time. Can I return it?
Sometimes there are delays in transit times across all shipping carriers, and these will typically increase during the holiday season. Once the item is with a shipping carrier, it is out of our control. We cannot guarantee that a shipment will arrive by a specific date, even if the tracking provides an estimated delivery date. We cannot refund or cancel orders if they did not reach you in time. We will work our very best to process your order as quickly as possible, but please know we are not able to control shipping. No returns are accepted for shipping delays.
