When will my order arrive?
Orders are packaged up and shipped from the UK within 1-2 working days after your order is placed.
- UK ORDERS are posted second class via Royal Mail as standard and take 2-5 working days to arrive. Upgrades are available at the checkout.
- INTERNATIONAL ORDERS are posted via standard airmail with Royal Mail and take on average 10 working days to arrive. Some orders can take longer (up to 20 working days) if they are held at customs and this is sadly beyond my control.
All orders are posted without tracking. If you would like to track your order, upgraded shipping is available at the checkout.
During busy times such as Christmas and Black Friday, please allow extra time for your order to arrive.
Can I send a card direct?
Of course! If you would like to send a card direct to the recipient please make this clear in the notes to buyer area when ordering. Leave the full message, along with who it is from, and I will handwrite your message inside and post to the delivery address provided.
