For the best results, I recommend printing your digital artwork on heavyweight matte or fine art paper. This gives a beautiful, high-quality finish that closely resembles traditional art.

Your files will be delivered in a PDF document after checkout.
Open the PDF and click the Google Drive link to access your downloads.
To download:
▫️Downloading from Google DriveClick on the file to preview it
▫️Use the Download icon (top-right corner or three-dot menu)
▫️Avoid right-clicking the preview image – it will save only a low-resolution copy
▫️If downloading multiple files, use Google Drive’s “Download” feature (note: it may zip the files)
No Google account is needed to download. If prompted to log in, you can select "Continue without signing in."
📥 I Didn’t Get My Download Email / Etsy Receipt
If you can't find your order confirmation or download link:
▫️Check your Spam or Junk folder
▫️Gmail users: also check the Promotions or Social tabs
▫️Add transaction@etsy.com to your email contacts to prevent missing emails in the future
💾 Where to Find Your Digital Files
If you have an Etsy account:
1. Log in to Etsy.com from a web browser (not the app)
2. Go to Your Account > Purchases and Reviews
3. Next to your order, click Download Files
4. If the download button is missing, click the small grey arrow on the right
If your payment is still processing, the button will be grey until it's complete.
💡 Save your files as soon as possible. After 6 months, old artwork may be removed from our storage to make space for new pieces.
I Purchased as a Guest – Where’s My File?
If you didn’t create an Etsy account and bought as a guest, your download link will be in the receipt email sent after purchase.
▫️Check spam or junk folders if you don’t see it
▫️Gmail users: look in the Promotions tab
▫️Add transaction@etsy.com to your contacts to avoid this in the future
