We offer 7.25”, 9.25” and 11.25” deep shelves, with lengths varying from 24” to 72”. The thickness of our wood is approximately 1 ½”. If you need a custom length that isn’t listed on the “size” drop down menu, please contact us. Ordering is simple, (1) select the depth and length from the “size” drop down menu, (2) select the stain color that you want, and add the shelf to the cart. If you want more than one shelf, increase the quantity while in your cart. We will notify you when the order is entered, and they we will send you the tracking number when we print the shipping label.

We ship almost exclusively via UPS Ground. We cannot ship to PO Boxes. We can’t offer our free shipping program to AK, HI, or APO addresses. Please contact us and we can discuss the extra shipping charge to those locations. We don’t ship to international locations currently.

We are shipping our orders in just under two weeks currently. We usually have the ability to RUSH an order, but contact us before you order. Don’t leave a note to seller on your order that you have a pressing need for the order. We will probably miss your note.

The maximum depth that we can purchase is 11.25”. The maximum length that we can ship is 72” long. If you need a longer shelf, please consider two shorter shelves and mount them end to end. The longer shelves would need extra center brackets, so two shelves and four brackets look great

Returns are accepted on some item per our posted time frame. We ask you to ship the item back to us, and we will charge a 20% restock fee, if the item is returned in a resalable condition. In addition, we don’t refund our internal cost to ship the item to you. Some of our items we don't grant refunds. Please put a pencil to the return costs vs refund amount. Shipping these heavy and bulky boards is expensive.

Your must request an RGA number. Without an RGA number and order number on the outside of the carton, the carton will be refused. Items purchased on sale, custom orders, or return requests received past our return time frame will not be accepted for return.

We don't accept exchange requests.

ONE shelf and TWO brackets are included in an order quantity of (1) one each. The photos are illustrations of what the shelves would look like after they are installed. Décor items are not included. The brackets are not attached to the shelves, so you will have the freedom to mount the brackets in the most optimum place for your space. We include standard 2” drywall screws to install the brackets to the studs. If you can’t hit the studs, you will need to purchase anchors suitable for your wall materials, We include Installation guidelines and care suggestions, as well as anchor suggestions. The shelves are easy to install.

We source our dimensional solid pine wood from an old school wood mill in East Texas. Lob Lolly pine is from the yellow pine variety, and has aggressive growth rings, and knots. The stain resonates in every board and each one is unique. It is not reclaimed lumber. We can't find a reliable source of old wood, The rustic wood is defined by Google as "plain" which it is, We plane the wood, sand the edges and ends, and hand stain the wood. Our brackets are very robust, and vary in load rating from 50 lbs to 100 lbs per pair. Our wood mill and our production shop uses a helical cutting head planer, so some planer circles and snipe might be present on the faces of the board.

You will find that that wood that is milled at our rustic old school mill will have warping, bowing, some cracks, milling damages on the edges due to fork lifts. This is the wonderful personality that the designers that we work with specify, along with the aggressive growth rings, and knots. It is not fine furniture. It is the latest decor vibe.
