5 out of 5 starsI loved the saying and design so I purchased this! I work at a printing company so I was able to pick out the stock and envelope, it made a wonderful card for a wonderful gift! The only critique that I would leave for the designer is to either outline all of your fonts so customers cannot change the design (or see the font you used), or package the fonts with the file so customers can change them.

I'm having trouble with accessing or downloading the file I purchased.
1) Upon payment, you will find your downloadable file in the Purchases section of Etsy. If you purchase as a "Guest", you will receive an email from which you can access the file.
2) Download the files. You can open them on the free Adobe Reader app that may already be on your computer.
IMPORTANT: You can only download the file from a browser, not the Etsy app.
Your policy says you don't accept returns or exchanges but I'm having an issue with the product
Please send me a message via Etsy with the issue you are having. If you're having trouble accessing the file, downloading it, printing, or something else, I'll gladly work with you to troubleshoot.
Because of the nature of digital products, once you have it, you can't truly exchange or return it; however, if you're not satisfied and we aren't able to remedy the issue together, I'm open to considering ways to make sure you walk away having had a positive experience with Smiling Goat Design.
