I grew up in the foothills of Mount Rainier National Park in the State of Washington. I currently live and have a studio north of Seattle in the quaint City of Edmonds, situated on the beautiful Puget Sound.
I love, love, love art! My epic moment was as a five-year-old child wearing a painting smock that my Mom had made for me, standing at an easel for the very first time with paints and brushes, full of anticipation and excitement. That feeling is still with me today and perhaps even more so. I've expanded my horizons in the art field and really enjoy graphic design as well, and I create all of the illustrations for this shop.
Creating art for me is both intellectually stimulating and emotionally satisfying. I don't take this wonderful gift of having been immersed in art full time for the past 12+ years for granted and know I will never find anything else as rewarding.
