Excellent customer service. They respond quickly, thoroughly, and clearly. The mount holds perfectly. It's a shame that the cover doesn't close properly anymore, but I don't know how that could be changed. Our Woom 4 also stays securely in place and can be easily transported. A super helpful accessory. Addendum! He knew how to fix the cover and modified it slightly so that it now fits perfectly and the cover closes. Excellent service indeed. Always friendly and very attentive to customer satisfaction. It's a pleasure to spend your money there.

Great, we can finally transport our son's bike with the Thule! The bike is held very securely and doesn't wobble during the ride. Fantastic product!

It fits perfectly on the Thule, so now we can transport a bicycle when our child can no longer ride.

Workmanship is okay, edges and corners are not printed very precisely (burrs).
